Coin preview option

Have an option for builders to see which coin doors are unlocked when X coins are collected. This helps us stay sane when working with lots of coin blocks, and keeps us from having to /loadlevel or quit/reenter every time we want to see what the world looks like with fewer coins.

Something like this:

         ^        +---+ Coins: | 5 |        +---+          V  [*] Preview mode

Yeah, I hate having to log in as a guest to test my COIN DOOR worlds...

In the last post I wrote in your other suggestion it was secret blocks and not COIN DOORS
