Reset lvl and new block

1. Only those, who have a chat can reset lvl, and its a little unfair. This option should be for all lvl owners.
2. New block:

Title: Fully white block
You want make art? This block are for you!
Cost: 1250 energy (add 25), or 20 gems

I've never heard somebody suggest the fully white block before, though I've thought about it just about every time I make art >.<

I totally agree with both ideas, though I'm sure the first one was suggested a few hundred times.

I really don't think the fully white block was suggested before...
But nonchat reset was suggested 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 times
