grouper arrows or preset worlds

i notice that some ppl spend FOREVER on making lvls because they need to fill a large space with arrows or non gravity.   I suggest that there be a special kinds of 'grouper arrow' in the shop   or even a preset world for those who would like a their entire world in a certain gravity.
grouper works like you drag a diagonal and it creates a rectangle, like in paint.   Am I overexplaining this? Nvm.  
What do you think?

Perhaps the level owner could purchase things such as a floodfill tool, or a rectangle tool, etc. (See: Animator)
Only the level owner should be allowed to use these tools, as, like Muftwin said, they could be much more destructive than the pencil tool in the hands of a troll.
