Nonchatters Sidebar Idea
I have an idea for nonchatters.(people with chat already have this)
Whenever someone with chat is on a world and someone else gets a magic coin, it shows them. I think there should something similar for nonchatters.

I think it would be easier just to verify that you are old enough to have a credit card or that someone who is approves your having chat.
