Hi, It's Rockyz again with a new Idea!
This may solve players who want to talk to each other in a emote way
this can not lead to spammers because it has a 30 second penalty
Also you could talk to players without swearing just by clicking a speech bubble in the new toolbar
this is a 100% Fixed Idea

Yes it was, someone was complaining about people without chat couldn't interact with eachother, and he/she made a suggestion with it with simple things saying as "Hello" "Bye" "How are you?" " Nice level" "stop trolling" and such.

Thanks but its not exactly the same also not Quick chat its speechs like on Maplestory and other games
