Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

person seeker

with this tool in the lobby you can search for a person and find him/her in a room. this could be if you want to meet someone or something.
A person can disable this so he/she can't be tracked, but admins still can.
if the room as called something like "f*** EE" (to hide it from the list) the player can't be tracked, still admins can.

Supadorf24 = Players should be asked remission before than they can be seeked. A window might pop up saying something like: 'so-and-so is asking permission to seek you. Accept. Decline.' From there the player could allow the seeker to find the player's location or not. If there was no way to decline, I could see some cyberbullying happening in the future. I don't have chat on EE, but I'm assuming there are flamers. With the ability to find out where players are, flamers could target their hate on one person.

One problem. If someone has multiple tabs and is in a lot of rooms. Good luck finding them.

Re: person seeker

2YTqz.png What? Do you mean how many of the same people are in a map at the same time? If so, we already have that.
Or just have something saying how many of some person is on at the time of search?

Tracking mods would have to be disabled since people seem to swarm around mods in levels. pFhcd.png

Re: person seeker

^ I don't think linus knows anything about servers. Actually, he knows everything. As he stated many times as his linus21 account:

This idea should without a doubt be brought out. This is just the kind of update that Everybody Edits needs.

Re: person seeker

Um. No.
This would be abused so badly, and I don't see any real practical use for it. As someone earlier suggested, a friend system would be good... Add the two together and you get this:

Re: person seeker

This would be very nice to have, but it would ruin any games of room-hide and seek people play. :/

And I think that you can't type in a mod's name because people would go "HEY I FOUND RPGMASTER!" and everyone would swarm in piling him with questions...

But only if they slow down to a certain speed. If they are in the middle of a mini that would be annoying, unless it was something small in the corner.
