Non-chat get safe chat

READ EVERY SINGLE WORD!!
I have chat in the game and i playd a lot of online games such toontown club penguin ad freejack
and i rememberd that in these games there was a safe chat.
not sure what im talking about?

well for chatters and nonchats will have a list with some words such as yes, no, hello, whats up, can i have the code and more.
then, everyone can chat with each other! (not guests)
BUT DONT WORRY! YOU CAN STILL BUY 1 CENT CHAT to say what ever you want.
so what do YOU (non-chatter)
choose?
1. no chat at all
or 2. chat with 60+ words? :rolleyes:
dont think only of yourselfs! chat members!

so what do you say?
(RPGMASTER, CHRIS AND PETER?)

Wt* that totlally ruins the whole point of there even being a chat on the game. If its a chat not on the game [which there already is a chat for the game for non-chatters which is not on the game] so this is totally bad. Its never gonna be in the game anyway. So...

I hate this idea, It's why I hate stuff like club penguin, but I did swear to see what happen on CP when I had an account, got

banned for a month or a week, so maybe Chris should make free chat like that so when players swear, they get banned for

maybe a week, 1 cent chat cuss=no ban, because Chris will make a warning about cussing on the chat 1 cent message, and if

this gets added, people with chat already would have to pay 1 more cent to clarify.

This has been suggested before and I doubt it would be implemented.
