Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Exceptions to the clear feature

OKay, so I have a world filled with white metal.I realized this was not such a great idea.
I'd like to clear my level without having to erase the four windows.
That's where the exception tool comes in. You click either free form or rectangular. Free form you select each brick(click and drag) you want to except, and rectangular you click for top left corner, then drag the bottom right corner and click again to finish selection.
Now you just press the clear button, type CLEAR, save, and anything in the exception spaces will NOT be erased.

IMO, this is necessary.

Well, imagine someone helped you to make the level. They used blocks you don't have, and you want to clear them, so you use the exception tool! //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/smile
