Halloween Event

My idea is a Halloween Event similar to the Easter one previous. Essentially, the event would be a contest to make the best map, using a Halloween theme. Users would submit their maps, and at the end of the month, a winner would be chosen.

The winner should get something in return for his hard work, some sort of reward in the form of a special item, perhaps?

I hope an Event like this would inspire a little friendly competition among players.
