block that changes gravity fully

I want a block that changes gravity completely so if you touch it you get stuck upside down or to the left/right or if your stuck like that you touch the down block which sets gravity back to normal im guessing it will look like the gravity brick but like red or something...
Also i was thinking a type of arrow that can swich with a main switch that literally goes all for ways (up down left and right) and touching it activates it (it goes up to left, left to down, down to right, right to up).
