In Where it says your username, a player in the world can click on his/her username and down would come some options: click on one of them to use:
Kick Player (Owner of world only): Click on this and it will give you an extra option saying: Reason: and you would type in the reason. Would make it easier to kick someone without typing /kick *username* *Reason*in the chat box.
View Profile: Click it and it sends you to the players profile.
Ignore: Click on this, and you wont see the given users chat posts.

1. good idea, but you can just hit tab while typing the username
2. it already does that, but when listing options, you'd need to list this
