Preset chat messages

I was thinking of a chat for people who don't have chat which has preset messages in a menu, so, you cant type your own messages, but you can choose from a list of greetings, questions, answers and 'chatty' messages that are in a menu which has categories when you open it and has a range of messages inside each one.

shift, it's for people who HAVEN'T paid for the chat where you can type your messages.

This one has preset messages designed and chosen by the admins and mods. So you can't swear or curse or anything like that.

Yes, but the people who have bought chat can swear, and, this way, everyone will see. Unless you're insinuating that the people who bought chat should have this system, too, in which case I hope you die.

as jak said, suggested many times... If it didn't work then why should it work now??? just get off your lazy butt, find a penny on the ground, give it to your parents, and get chat. Simple as that.
