/|\ This is not because I don't like trolls, it was just an idea a friend gave me /|\

Has something even happened to you such as someone trolls, the owner spams, or someone is cussing, and the owners not there?
If you answered yes, or don't like any of these things, this idea is for you.
Basically, WHEN A WORLD HAS MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE, ANY player will have the ability to call a vote. The vote may be over the following things:

Kick [player] from room
Loadlevel
Reset
Possibly save, although I still need time to think about this one. It could be for a crew I guess.

To call a vote, the player needs to type
/vote [thing to vote for] [player to kick if kicking]
in his chatbar. Then, a window displaying something like this will come to ALL MEMBERS WHO EDITTED, MOVED, OR CHATTED IN THE LAST 2 MINUTES besides the person who called the vote, and the person to be kicked if the vote is for a kick.

Player calculusguy has called a vote to kick player failgirl101.
To vote yes, click yes; to vote no, click no.

Then, if he clicks yes, he has voted yes, and the same way for no. If OVER 90% (number can be changed) vote yes, then the action being voted for is done. The vote caller will automaticly be counted as yes.
How it would be used:
I make a forum party world.
People come and make things.
I save.
People make more things.
Someone trolls.
Someone else calls a vote to kick the troll with /vote kick thetroll.
Everyone agrees.
Troll is kicked.
Someone calls a vote to loadlevel with /vote loadlevel.
Everyone agrees.
Loadlevel is called.
I come back, and everyone is happy about the level and the things we made inside it.

Seems well thought out.
However i don't think Chris or who ever at EE has the time to do all this.

Well, I hope he does. And I got this idea from my friends playing Hon, and I was discussing how to play it with a bot

People could abuse this.

Example:

You have finally got through all that hard work making your level, but you forgot to save!

Suddenly, before you can even press "Modify Level":

Chatbar:

Vote:
Player Some Dumb Troll has called a vote to reload the level.
To vote yes, click yes; to vote no, click no.

And every single troll in the level clicks yes.

All that hard work, wasted by a bunch of dumb trolls!

What if there was a cool level and everyone was almost finished and some guy created a ton of alts and entered and voted for a reset?

@cyclonebeam: When the owner is in the room, then he would have one minute to veto the suggestion (after it had been voted for yes). If, after that time, the owner has not vetoed the suggestion, it will be passed.

Don't know what to do about the alt accounts, though...maybe since chris can see if you are logged in on the same computer he could do something about it?

and I think you still can't read.

The players have to vote to do owner commands, where the owner can just type /loadlevel to loadlevel.

Okay, example time. Say you're alone in your level, and building a masterpiece. In walk two players, who you let stick around. Maybe you go afk in a minute. When you come back, you find that one troll called for a vote to clear the level, and the other agreed, so it was cleared. Then he called another vote to save the level, and the other agreed, so it was saved. Oh.

Maybe make it so you can only call votes if there are more than 5 people in the level? And thats why I don't think you should have a save level vote, and I was still thinking about save votes only if the mode is enabled.

Maybe have an "No votes" setting, in which players can't do votes if its on?

Here's a better solution. Don't give out code, and you won't get trolled.

I understand that maybe you would want to share it with people if your doing an open art world, or a boss, but there is a simpler solution then voting.

The easiest is to invite friends with chat. Then if someone trolls I'm sure one of the chatters will see and report it.

But say you don't have friends with chat, then just limit who gets the code. Maybe after the first few people get it you can erase it and change your level name.

And don't give the code to anyone you think is gonna troll, like guests.

We don't need a complicated system just because you can't control the gods in your levels. And besides if your level was really that good you wouldn't be giving out the code in the first place.

I have between 35 and 39 alts, that wouldn't be enough?   And Jak has hundreds.

You should have gotten 32 alts (your username)

But do you think that people will go to the hassle to use 10 alts (to get to the 90%) to troll? Maybe change it to 95%, or maybe even set it to 100%.
