Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

A portal that only the owner can use with an ID.
The owner types the command: /tp <username> <portal ID>
and that player is teleported to that portal.
Uses: When giving specific players the code without telling any others; trapping people in "jails" and such.
What do you think?

Could be expanded a little bit more.
1) Do they take the action of the portal? Say I teleport someone to the portal id 3, but the portal #3 leads to portal #4. Do I actually get teleported to #4?
2) How do you exit if I'm moving all over the place?
Overall, I don't see the need for such a command. I guess it may be "required" in a few scenarios, but overall it's an avoidable issue, since the person you want to put in jail or give the code isn't name-specific.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

I would prefer it as a command rather than a portal, but good idea!
However, like Tako said, there are very few uses for this, so it's really just a waste of time. It would be nice, but it's so minor.
1) No, you get teleported to #3
2) I'm not sure what you mean. :/
Some guy named Nooba is jumping all around the place, and you teleport him to portal 1. How does he exit portal 1?
Because, now, you can exit a portal depending on your entry and how the entry portal is positioned. With this there is no entry portal, therefore screwing up the physics on how to exit the portal.
----->:) (<-- Nooba)
/tp Nooba 1
<----- [>] ----->?
or
<----- [<] ----->?
This... ^ (the direction of the portal) must be taken into account.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.
