Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I dont have one but are they alligal?:/
Alligal?Whats alligal?If you mean "illegal",then no.Animators aren't illegal.But unfair.
for the contests any animated levels are immediately disqualified. Mods have tools that tell them how long the level took to build. You WILL be caught if you use the animator.

Yes it all-legal.
I never new animators were hacking :/. I thought it was some thing new on Everybody edits
Ultrasuperdude, animators aren't hacking, but an unfair advantage. The only time they're illegal is if you use it to win a contest.
ee animator? That's ancient. But you may not use it to create your level for the easter contest.
^Lol
Different, what if you build random blocks for 6 hours THEN upload a level? How would you know then?
We know.... trust me.... we watch # of packets, how they are placed, how fast people are switching, which direction, whether or not there are large areas of similar color and a whole lot more. Plus we can generally tell.

No. They won't. But if I were you I would be constantly improving and thinking, "How can I make this even better?" Look from small details (as of now I saw a couple flaws in details) to adding entire new things.

We don't really have those tools, but most animated levels are easy to spot. As shown here

how do you do a animation in a place? Is it an old tool?
yes. And it's called animator but is used to make levels very quickly. It CAN be used to animate bricks, but not faster than 10 bricks per second. The more changes per frame the longer each frame takes.

yes. And make what, tako?
Anything. Grand piano, the flower, the ducks.
If she told you it took 10 minutes to make, and she was all obnoxious and said:
"this levul took me 10 mins to make. ur so jelus..."
How would you know the difference.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

You can still see if it's animated or not.
If it's something that looks really good and the rest of the level, 90% is crap. Then it's animated.
And you can find more, but that will i not tell.

If the art is really good but the mini's are bad, it's not animated immediatly
It is suspicious however
