Which programs?

Which programs are good for making smiley's?
After I make my first smiley, I was getting addict to it.
To bad I suck at making effects, something like shadow, shining, etc.

I hope some one knows a nice, easy to use, program and want to share it whit me.

EE Autobuilder (Easy to use) -   NOTE: In some computers dont work!
EE Animator (Medium-Hard to use) - NOTE: Is the best program ever made to make map to EE!
Vitrite (Easy to use) - NOTE: It is a program that places the transparent windows, and we could thus mimic the images to EE!
Edit: You are ask to a program to draw smileys in or out EE?
