I was going to get beta today, then as I was on Paypal, it declined my Visa card, despite everything being correct and filled out. -_- Anyone else having this issue? If there's a solution, please say so.

XD No problem. But from what I heard from a friend, some things on PayPal don't accept ceratin credit card payments.
Hey, when my dad was first trying to get me chat, it didn't work either. All you need to do to fix it is to get an account add the card number in and make the payment.

EDIT: I got my chat directly from the card. I'm not sure if this will work with Paypal. I hope this helps.
