But I see what you mean. Go down to the very bottom of a topic and the first button you should see is "Stick Topic". Press it and bam,you've stickied the topic.

Thank u man, and another question too...   For example the ee forum here are in index for example Forum suggestions, there reads after that; (moderated by:)
So how i can put someone to moderate thread?
hopefully understand this

Oh that's easy. Go to someones username. Press "Administration"and choose what user group that user will be in. For instance,the default group is "members". Choose "Moderators"and check the boxes of what section you want the user to moderate.

-delete multiple posts
-move topic
-close topic
-stick topic
