Question: Is WPE allowable for everybody edits, can users use it, can get banned for using it? just ask for that lots of people use it now... :/

you may use it. You can't get banned for it unless you are srsly abusing it. Like spamming the chat with swears.

ok. what about the animation? i normally walked on the level, when i saw animated block. i ask for it, and surprise surprise it was maded by WPE. U mean abusing that srsly like hacking the game, or spamming chat, hacking acc´s? Every day i see diamond smileys on the map´s and owner dont have diamonds. It´s   just rly annoying, becose normal people cant do anything like that.(animating blocks&getting diamond smiley)

so making smileys, special blox is ok, but trollnig keys,crowns, god and chat is NOT ok.
