How to make build areas?
I want to know how to make build areas, like the ones in the tutorial. I searched and googled but I couldn't find anything. Is it an admin-only thing like text or are regular people allowed to use it?

Yes its currenly an admin only thing. Or maybe even a tutorial only thing.

It's only for admininstraters right now. I don't know whether they will give the text to us also, but that will be impossible, due to the fact that many people always abuse text and chat.
