Quick question regarding PayPal and EE
I couldn't find any topic that answers my question directly so I'll ask it here:
Is it possible to spend money in a Paypal account that is not linked to a bank account?
I received some money online which were transferred into my Paypal account and I'm hoping to use this money to purchase EE beta and chat.
If it's possible, I may use my remaining cash and give chat to those who can't get them (or not if it's against the rules). Thanks for any help!:D
