Can't Enter MY Saved World?

I recently made a level called 4 ways boss to code, it tells me FULL 45 Players online, I can't enter, its like this since 2 days.
How this happened:
ME and my brother share the PC
I logged in and went into this level,
he went to other browser, logged out and logged in using his acc (while I'm still on my other account on Google Chrome)
HE played his levels,
he's done

I went to google chrome, refresh, its his acc, logged in in mine, 45 plays..FULL and can't enter!

any help?
