Ban Related?

Well is there a ban related post? because theres this person abusing the chat called "nanoguy". in the chat he keeps on saying F U B3tChs C*** as you know i censored it a little but older people can understand it. he somehow spams it. and then when a person says shut up, he just says
=insert aggressive comment about why i should not shut up=
its really annoying. please help.

also IS THERE a ban realted post.
if so can you move it there.   please.
