how do i make animations & screen casts

hey guys does some one know how to make animation and with wich site??
and same to screencasts
do you know some good sites?

Okay, here we go.

TO MAKE SCREENSHOTS:
On a Windows computer: Press Prt Sc or Print Screen (or fn+Prt sc if you have a more advanced computer), open Paint, press Ctrl+V.
On a Mac: Press Cmd+Shift+3.   It should save to your desktop.

TO MAKE SCREENCASTS:
Download HyperCam.

TO MAKE ANIMATIONS:
There are many, many ways to do this.   One way is the way Echo does it.   He makes hundreds of images where he moves his smileys a little in each one, then uploads them all to Imator.   Another way is to do what I do, and use Pivot.   Here's a tutorial on how to use it: [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G9ySepRwhQ[/youtube]

that hypercam sucks i use it but then it freezes and i can't open it some one a better one and that live stream i don't understand

I recommend you to use camtasia studio for screencasting.
