It actually is possible, I used the force glitch way of getting 8 pixles on and off, and you can get the coin. You would have to be extremely careful if you want to get it without forcing the glitch

There's the point that a dot needs you to be 9px on the dot for it to work and 9px to get the coin, but there was an update that allowed you to access this coin also you can use the glitch where you are at the bottom of a ^ gravity and place the coin under that if you try you can stay alive and get the coin.
