WPE Pro Key packet

By chance does anyone know exactly how to get and use the WPE Pro key packet?..
This is the ONE thing Google doesn't seem to have!

I don't think there is a packet for the code. I'm pretty sure that's serverside or whatever you would call it.

Lol. You can make your client to believe it has gained access to the code, but you still won't be able to send the blocks, because there is server-sided verification on that subject.
