Where's Level Name tutorial?

Where's the tutorial on adding special characters to level names? I know it is/was here - I saw it - but now when I want to use it, I cant find it.
All I need:
1) Link to tutorial topic
2) Lock or delete this topic

I don't know where it is, but I'll write a quick little tutorial.

1. Open Wpe Pro

2. Record yourself naming your level. (name the level what you want replacing the special characters with an x)

3. Right click the packets then choose send.

4. Change the x's to the special characters.

5. Click the play button in the middle.
