How can i screen-capture everybody edits

i've seen bounch of footages on youtube about everybody edits whitch's graphics dont suck.. now i cant record it with fraps (because it doesnt recouldnize ee) , and i cant record with bounch of other programs because they only provide me 2-3 fps and LOW graphics.. i've got preety mutch good pc, and i know it can handle recording (if it can recort 80 FPS First-person shooter, then it can record flash game aswell)
So.. recomendations?

EDIT: see, some recording programs provide crap graphics as my animated picture in my signature... :/

I use Camtasia.

Also I suggest Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 (4 is the version I have, idk if there is higher ones.)

You can either use snipping tool: start menu > accessories > snipping tool or press PrtSc on the keyboard.

I asked how can i record , not how to printscreen. jeez.
