This is a Bad Word?

If you have chat or a friend is in the same level then type in the chat box:
(unti

Then i found that you can type (untiopdfgo and all of it was a bad word.
So until you put a space after (unti, it will all count as a bad word.
Can someone tell me why this is happening?

I think it was an attempt to type until.

On topic: Yes, it is a bad word, and the system filters it out, whether you knew what you were typing or not.

I don't think it does it if almost every single letter is 1337. That's why 7175 used to be censored...

But what if the word was poop. I mean, that is not nearly as bad as the word said but maybe they just want to know why it was censored (not in this case).

Why on earth is the word "poop" even censored? That's not a bad word at all. What's really funny is you can say "****", "crap", "scat", and "dung" just fine, but you can't say a childish word like "poop"?

I also noticed you can't say "Nazi", "Hitler", or "Stalin". That's pretty weird too. I think only hard swear words like the "f word" should be censored. Censoring the names of historical figures is just Orwellian.

Chat filter is way too strict.

I remember there being stupid words that are blocked but it's been awhile and I can't remember.   I just remember it's far too strict.

OH, I hate how it turns all cap words into lowercase if they're 4 or 5 letters or longer.   I try to put emphasis on something and it's all lower caps.   Bleh.

I understand what you're trying to say, because duh the holocaust, but honestly, I think we shouldn't be censoring words for the benefit of one group of people. Although, it's not really benefitting because it's like holocaust denial. It was a completely atrocious thing, but it's been almost seventy years since the war; no one who was alive during then is playing EE. Well, if they are, I'd be surprised. Point being, no one's going to be 'triggered' by nazi and Hitler. It's not offensive. It's history. If we're going to censor historically bad things, let's censor 'racism' 'civil war' and 'genocide'.

Also, true story, I had a really crappy pencil that I got for being amazing at Algebra, and I turned around behind me and set it on this guy's desk.

It's only a bad word because of the so-called "1337" language.

It's the same as if you put;

Fu(k~ = F**k~
~ = Any letters after

Haha, this may be a bit trivial, but...
It actually DOES censor the word 'crap.' Just in a strange way. It actually censors 'CRAPP'. With two P's.

Since when has 3 been B in the L33T language? 3 is e. Not many people use it, but 8 is B.

7=T or L (not used much)

Oh, by the way, Chris used to live in Copenhagen, and I know that at least Nazi was censored way before Julian. I once tried saying 'Grammar Nazi'. But I think it's him being born there that triggers it for him.

That is the chat censor/adjusting system so far...
Any bad words, like F***, S**t... Is censored.
(,<,or letter c from other languages is counted as "Basic Latin C",
1=i,l   2=s,z   3=e,f 4=a 5=s,z 6=b 7=T 8=B 9=q 0=O And so on.
A message with 4+ Capital letters will be all turned into small letters.
A message with characters, or patterns repeated more than 5 times will be shortened into 3 of the character/pattern.
Sending same messages repeatedly will be blocked and say something like:'You have repeated this message 4 times, say something else or you will get kicked.' 't's the forth time you said"<Message>", time to say something new?'
Sending messages more than once in a second will be blocked and say something like:"Easy now, <Username>. You don't want to be mistaken as a spammer!"
