What type of bot do you need to make worlds faster/more atractive?

Something gimicky like my haunted house with that ghost that stalked people as soon as they moved inside the house. People like to feel like they are getting all of the attention, so do something with that.

World edit:
Tools that help make worlds.
I have started to make a public bot that had a intensive world edit option. Yet the best world edit is still eeeditor. My world edit included making boxes, filling boxes, blending boxes, same with lines, and you could make circles, you could blend filling a world, and blend the background. (When i say blend i mean alternate between colors)
