It really doesn't matter.   For EE purposes, 90% of us use C#.   Whether it is the best, I do not know.   I deem anything that can cooperate with PHP preferable, as that opens the possibility of hosting your bot online (24/7 with consistent quality) instead of on your hard drive.

I don't understand what is so great about lua. "It is easy?" Python is easy too, the syntax is cleaner and it has many other things lua doesn't have.

Depends if you're looking into making games. You can make pretty decent xbox games with c# by downloading xna game studio 8 and using that.

It really depends on what you're interested in. If you like websites, work with Javascript and PHP.
If you're interested in working with general programming, C# and C++ are good, as well as Object-Pascal (Embarcadero)
If you're interested in working with multi-applicable assemblies, C++ and Java are desirable.
If you're interested in working with mathematical models in programming, go for Python.
If you're interested in working with game programming, C++ is great, for easier use C# [XNA]

Overall, I see C++ as the best overall choice but it's up to you.
I suggest looking at the syntaxes of each language and deciding which you deem most preferable, too.

yes hence its hosted on a site web based bots don't have the capability as regular bots though
