[SDK] Automatic Mini Generator

So, a everybody edits mini generator? Yup, but is just a generator, and it is just version 1.0. The library features a fully loaded generator that can generate any mini of any size. There are limitations, and it is just a program. But, it could be much better, with suggestions, to create some new BAL possibilities.

Quick Start Guide:

var generator = new Generator(); int[,] mini = generator.Generate(width, height);

Well, not quite. It could be thought of as something used in a shift-like BAL. And it is tested, to see results, you can check the album in the OP, or you can test it out for yourself if you have a bit of programming knowledge.
