Action blocks
For some reason, certain action blocks (such as rotating and music block)s being placed return the name and id of the block placer as null. Is it possible to identify the player who placed the block in some other way?

the playerid of those blocks arent found in b but in their own cases i think

case "bs" for music blocks says it only has 4 entries even though the capasha website has 5 listed, with the 5th one being UserId. This means there is still no current way of detecting who placed a music block.
