[Question] Getting the PayVault info

Whats the most elegant way to get the PayVault info of the connected client user?
eg. check if my user have "canchat"

You can figure out if someone has chat with the "add" message, it's index number 8.

I can't determine if my bot have... I don't get any "add" message for my bot.
How getting nr. of portals my bot have?
