These are not color palettes, these are color mixing palettes. In BEE's guide you have every color palette. Here you have every (or some) mixes palettes.

For digital graphics, try using RGB, and in that, RG make yellow, and etc.

Dithering, or making a checkered-pattern, is great for smooth surfaces. Trolling, however, is great for complicated shadows and rough surfaces.
