Minecraft Map

Right now, I'm addicted to Minecraft so I decided to make a world dedicated to Minecraft
This will include:
Passive/Hostile Mobs
Day/Night
Darkness
Caves
Nether portal at the end (?)

-Added Coal/Redstone Ores
-Redid Gold/Lapiz/Iron ores
-Added dungeon

June 13th 2011
-Added more caves
-Added trees
-Added ores
-Removed oasis
-Added Bedrock
-Removed right border
-Added 1 small lava flow in an older cave
-Added zombie in an older cave

NOTE: I didn't save the ores. I need to remake them

-Made darkness out of secret blocks

Okay... Should I make this a world where I give people the code so they can "pretend" that they are playing Minecraft Everybody Edits style or should I make it a coin hunt?

How should hostile mobs work? If you touch them should you be thrown back? Any suggestions?

I had to spend a lot of time filling in stuff

What EE blocks should be used for the following Minecraft blocks?

Coal ore
Obsidian
Bedrock
Tree trunks
Leaves
Dead shrub
Cobblestone

Nice, original idea.

For the gameplay: I'd suggest it be an exploring-type game, and when you come to a creeper you face difficult minigames. Once you approach a creeper you must either get past it or restart the level (portals).

Yes it is blocky
1 pixel = 1 block

If I made it a 5x5 block or something then it would waste a lot of time and space

This is what we are doing right now. Just playing around with the map. Soon, it won't be like this and it will be a coin hunt so you better get your chance to play before that happens.

I want Herobrine to be in the map but sadly, I can't make him out of blocks without him looking fat. Can somebody make a Herobrine out of blocks, take a pic, and post it here for me? It can't be too big. It can't be over 12 blocks high. Best Herobrine gets a +rep

EDIT: Same like how you should make Herobrine, but I want a skeleton too.

Just a suggestion: but don't use secret passages on the caves. They just look really weird on the map :]

Yeah. I don't really like that myself. I wish that there was a way that you could set it so that secret blocks aren't transparent on the map but it would take a lot of time to get rid of all of the secret blocks. Night looks like day and day looks like night but it's the other way around in the actual world.
