I clicked, "Get Gems" and it opened another tab, but the page wouldn't load. It was just black and i tried to reload and it was the same thing. did I do something wrong?

Downloading is copying a file to your computer and installing is making the files ready to use for your computer.

You can download it then remove it easily.   It's only if you install it that it can harm your computer.   Youdo not need to install to earn the gems, only download.

Are you implying that you get awarded again? I did a bunch of surveys but never received any gems, even though it says I have been awarded by customer service.

Same here! I contacted SuperRewards about that and they said it was not their fault, it was EE's.

However, this was almost a year ago. I hope it's fixed!
