Take out the classic buy a house

Why is it soo many classic and boring buy a house?
Why cant they dont made them so they look fun and nice?
I think at they can made maps like art maps, so you can see what has happens.

So is it not better when the creators to buy a house maps, do the map more fun and nice, so at it dont look like a noob has build the map?
