The sides might seem a bit boring, that's because I blended them with the theme. The left is Ice so the climb up it is slippery, and the right is fire so I added updrafts.
Overall I'd say it's pretty easy, maybe level 1, or 2.

Basically, you try to beat the minigames before someone gets far enough to hit that minigame's key colour. If you don't, you fall to the "slow" area where you have to wait for everyone to finish.
I nerfed it a bunch, now it's a 1-2.
Edit: You should get 4-5 people for the full extent of it.

I'm not officially judging, but here is some feedback for a few of the newer levels (so you might be able to improve them before Nou judges them. . .)
Buzzerbee: no commentary, couldn't figure out what was going on
FCDH: Idea isn't bad (wouldn't surprise me if there is already an example of this idea though among the shift levels I'm not familiar with). However, implementation is pretty annoying. I would make it easier and do multiple examples of that particular type of trick within the level.
Fdoou: I rather like the gameplay of both levels, but they're also both sinfully ugly. That should be fixable, so, uh, fix it.
Master1: I didn't really like it, kind of dull. Nou might see it differently.
222Hockey222: I like the fundamental idea, but the trick in the first room is lame and difficult enough that I expect there will be very little actual catching up: one or two people will race ahead easily, and everybody else will be dumped into the slow room. I would think about redoing the design a little bit to make it riskier to fall behind at all, but easier to keep up.

You could easily fix the art without changing the gameplay.
That's what I tried to do in my levels. Gameplay first, then I tweaked the art around. I've seen many ugly levels with no form of art whatsoever in shift.

Yeah, it was, sorry, I guess I didn't properly copy the link.
My levels (finally!):
This first one was supposed to be ready by Easter, but I decided to slow down the process and make changes.
Difficulty: 4
The background was originally orange, but it felt like an eyesore so I changed it. As you can probably tell, a lot of renovation went in the level, but not as much as my next level:
Difficulty: 2
This one was redone about 7 times. At one point, I actually deleted the whole bottom-left
and upper-left. The upper-right went through subtle changes. The only thing I didn't touch was the bottom-right. I decided that not only should the level have multiple routes, but that there should be shortcuts and flow in the design as well.
