Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So lately I have finally decided to take a brake off from getting every pack that I probably won't use and got the music piano pack that I should have gotten a long time ago. So when I was little(er) I leaned how to play the piano myself so I know the piano notes and understand timing.
So I decided to place some songs that I knew by heart into a level and they turned out better then I expected. Then I looked up some sheet music for song that were stuck in my head thus started this still unfinished level: http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWAGQyvT6Ea0I
The songs that I put on here are off tempo but they were good enough for me to enjoy them. I even taught myself how to actually get the music in (with the different types of notes and rests). I hope you guys enjoy although you can look the songs up yourselves and probably get a better turn-out.
hello ,i like it

A lot of people think music is just playing the correct notes, and especially in ee people seem to miss out the timing aspect, all of your notes are equal distance from each other.
I second Saintcool. Your music has the correct notes, but I believe there should be a little more spacing between the notes. Try listening to your songs and then count the silent beats. Then just adjust your level so there is the correct amount of rests between each sequence.
Other than that not bad. You should make some art in the BG

A big problem in spacing out music is that if I use > or . and that just speeds up the music, if I use < or just leave it blank your player will just stop. I think if I use the speed arrow pack I can resolve this but I don't have it. Thanks for your suggestions I will try to slow it down when I get the strong arrow pack.
Well here are some tips.
You don't have to place a music block in every single space. If you leave some spaces blank, those can be used as rests.
Also, try to keep all the gravity the same, it really helps just to make things easier.
Here is a good example of a level I always enjoy playing: http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWGjIOMsWObEI
You can see how he utilizes different methods to help split up the notes to keep the beat.
Here is another good example: http://everybodyedits.com/games/PW1aGuDqgkbEI
I'd just experiment a little bit, do what you feel works best, and I'm sure you'll be making great music in no time
