Idea: Once a civil member of society, your mental health is slowly spiraling downwards making you crazy. You begin to question what is real and not real as society around you begins to go from normal to chaotic.
Art: Starts out need, organized, and clear and slowly becomes disorganized, random and messy.
Minis: Start out fun and easy and eventually become insanely hard. (Harder minis would actually be illusions with simpler answers.)
Level Design: Monochromatic, use only one color, and black and white. At beginning art should be brighter to indicate a clear mind, and turn darker at the end to indicate insanity.

Ok well firstly think of what level you want and what you want in that level, water, trees, buildings ect and then think of how much space the minigame will be and what you want to include inside it. If you want some ideas, visit other worlds.
