Underground Boss to Code

I'm currently in the making of my newest level, "Underground Boss to Code" in my Great Saved World.

I'm planning on making a small city on the coast but I'm trying on fill the whole thing with the sky blue background.

And hopefully I could make some underground minis as well, but not unoriginal ones.

Those are the only things I really need help with.
