Surely you can look around other peoples created levels for some inspiration.

Play to your strengths. If your good at making hard adventures then turn it into a hard adventure. If your good at getting people to join you could make it another run from zombies level. you could just make it one of those levels where you get the yellow coins scattered throughout and look at the scenery. Again, play to your strength. whether that's art, minis, or just plain creativity. I know I didn't really tell you what to make, but If you just make whatever someone else told you to make it won't be fun and it may not be what your good at.
