I bet it's either WPE or it's a bot with every block placement hardcoded in.
Nevertheless, I don't understand the excitement. It isn't that hard to program something similar to yo!scroll.

I think the best bots are the original bots, where you come up with the idea and design it without limits; rather than copy another bot - don't just copy, improve the bot.

Maybe try starting from scratch so that you can add every part of the bot that you like.
