Moving levels

So I want to move some of my arts over into my own levels. I've taken a minimal time to check up some resources and have found EEartist. Well, it didnt work, and I blame that on an update. No biggy, really. But, that leaves me at odds with what I need and what I can get.
so the question is: what resource out there might let me transfer some of my screenshots over into levels?
EE artist does not work, so that leaves me wondering what alternative I have.
