Foolproof?

Can you tell me if this level is fool proof? I've been experimenting with it for a while, just wanted you to test it out.

If you don't know if your own levels are possible, you are really doing something wrong. Be your own guinea pig before you expose the public. Also, I could not get past room 1, which might be possible but would be really tedious.
