Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

the grid game

Beta: http://beta.everybodyedits.com/games/PWgKF6mNqja0I
Non-beta: http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWgKF6mNqja0I

(but it's dead for now, try your own room too)

Rules: Everyone starts in the middle room. Players take turns.

34xomdx.png

1) In any of the accessible rooms, pick a wall to crash through: up, down, left, or right.
2) You crash through the wall into the adjacent room.
3) I PM you the code, either in a forum message or on #eeforum in IRC. (Or, if you really trust everyone in the room, you can post the code in the room)
4) You can make any edits you want to that one room, including the surrounding walls.
5) When you are finished, say "done" and I change the code. Next person takes their turn.

Big room:

If four rooms are forming a square, and all four rooms have been crashed into, the player gets to edit all four rooms as a big room. The editor is encouraged (but not required) to keep parts of the previous smaller room intact.

Anti-trolling:
World saved after each room is created. If a player trolls on his turn, he is promptly kicked, and the world is reset, no harm done. At discretion of room owner, troll is banned from game from as little as 5 minutes to as long as forever.

Thanks to the pioneer players who helped me shape the rules: BillyP, Muffin, Mihb, and PurpleMoustacheFTW

Sorry, I posted that link when I was logged into beta, but it's a non-beta room. I'm fixing the link in the original post.

For future reference, the "PW" after the last slash means "Public World." So if you see a link like this:

http://beta.everybodyedits.com/games/PWgKF6mNqja0I

You can just remove the "beta." part and the link will work as a non-beta user.

never knew that. Any idea what 0I means? It's after the end of every saved world level link.
