Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Co-op Key Challenge -- Precision vs. Speed

key%20challenge.PNG

Come one, come two. But just two. The map is made for two people and only two people. Please don't be a jerk and ruin the level for other people; if there are two people playing, don't join in. You can wait outside the room. Likewise, if you're playing and people are waiting for you to finish, don't become idle. Once you win, please exit so the next pair can play. Thanks. Also, for the map to work properly, one person must attempt the level and fail or win once before his or her partner joins the room.

So, with that stuff out of the way, I can talk about the level. You and a partner must decide who's fast, and who's precise. You'll each take turns at the challenge. The first person to complete the challenge has completed the speed version of the challenge, which requires the player to move through the challenge quickly. This leaves the other player to deal with the precision version of the challenge. In this version, blue and green keys are always activated, and falling for traps will require the player to refresh the page. Luckily, because blue and green keys are always activated, the player can take as long as they want to complete the challenge. Once both players have won, access to the crown and coin will be granted. Have fun! //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

EDIT: If you decide to break the guidelines stated in the first paragraph, you will be kicked.

UPDATE/BUMP: I've taken feedback and I think it made a minor change that might remove an exploit.

If you're looking for inspiration, Jasonma, here's a fantastic example of a co-op map. Nothing's stopping you from making a co-op map. Give it your best! //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

One way to do it, not exactly "solo", but by yourself, is to make two tabs and take turns between tabs to win. Then when one person wins, make the other tab go towards the finish.

Plus, you can win by yourself with no tabs, you just have to make it all in one go.

Using tabs is cheating. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/wink Also, the level requires a second person to finish before the first person can finish, even if you make it on your first try. Try it out.

Sorry, but no thanks. When it comes to using complex key systems, I'd rather work on something myself. That's just the way I am. I'm more of a solo builder. Thanks for the offer, though. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/smile

aww... k. i guess i'm good at key systems and such but... if you're a solo builder, i understand. i usually am too. but just lately i got a bit bored of being a loner. i build too many new concepts that nobody plays. i just wanna build something good that everyone will play... but i do need helpers.

if ya wana help me,
http://eeforumify.com/viewtopic.php?id=10388

back on topic, we should make some co-op thats like hard... something u can't do solo or have 2 noob people. cause that's just... pewp/boring.

supadorf, i havent even tried out your level. i might as well play it right now. one sec.

finished 1 person 2 tabs //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue
