The portal at the beggining is broke. And besides that what is haloweeney about the level? (and yes it is a comp entry since he posted in the level topic)

I would remove the background of the right girl, seems to be on a beach / sand.   The thong is a bit oversized and wrongfully placed I think.

What is this disordered "thing" at the horizon?
You should focus on the anime girl, without adding too much distracting background or other patterns like the clouds. There is not always need for many colors.

Lets take my signature as example, it is ..just two colors ^^

Or this one here too, just two colors and the focus lies on the girl shown there.

Just my ideas Great art !

i remember seeing this level and it showed EXACTLY how many bricks the left picture is, proving its animated. though, even if it is, the good animated art attracts more people.

The thing which makes it look so obviously scanned/animated into the world is that the pixels are placed so horribly, for example:
The mouth of the girl on the right, it's so messy and there are some pixels which doesn't fit, also thinking, the lack of AA and shading also proves.
Basically, the image lines are very messy & the image it self also is.
What really disturbs me is that you said that it's all hand made.

Now let's look at the results, what did you get out of doing this whole scanning/animating progress? Reputation? No. Respect? No. Being trustful? No..
