This crew is a fail. Ultimoz cant take advice and get got **** at me for saying there was too many hook jumps in a level (to be exact, 17, 5 of them were on different gravity)and they asked me to test. I tested, gave advice, and they got mad at me for pointing out mistakes. This crew isn't going anywhere when Ultimoz is here, as he is not open to suggestion, nor is he very creative. I'm sorry, but..... this crew needs some advice that wont come through due to someone.

The whole "leader" thing shouldn't exist anyway. Hierarchy only leads to bad communication. Sure there could be a co-ordinator, but everyone should be able to pitch in their ideas and listen to each other.

Ultimoz is pretty fail. Hook jumps are uncreative. If he can't take advice, that's going to be the downfall of a crew, and as Nou said, why are LEADERS even in crews? Crews should be a big crew filled with workers,builders, and as Nou said again, co-ordinators

Well, Ultimoz has been a little depressed lately, I think. Also, we did change the hook jumps, and I will take care of the impossible section as soon as possible.

Please guys. I'm sorry if i'm a bad leader. Maybe I should just ditch this whole Fx Crew Thing. You've criticized me and said bad things about my levels. So... just... just leave it. Swear at me, say bad things about me, i'll just go.:(

guys... you were blasting him unessisarily.. maybe he couldn't get back to you because he has a life....... or school, friends, whatever, but seriously.. chill.. and drock, nobody likes people telling them how bad their levels are.. maybe before you do, think bout how they'll think.. what they'll think... ok?
